EMDR Tulsa Counseling for Adults and Children (Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing Therapy)

Dr. Melissa Leedy, Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist and Racheal Elrod-Edwards, LPC provide EMDR therapy.  Dr. Leedy counsels adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and adjustment to chronic pain and illness. Racheal Elrod-Edwards provides mental health therapy for children who need help overcoming trauma, depression, and anxiety.

EMDR is an evidence-based treatment and has lasting results. Although it may seem “odd” EMDR has been part of the mental health field for the last 25 years, has undergone extensive scientific scrutiny, and is considered one of the most effective forms of therapy for a number of mental health problems, especially trauma.  EMDR has also been studied and used to treat depression and chronic pain.
