Bringing children, even teenagers, into the conflict that happens between two divorced parents can be damaging to a teenager’s self-esteem. Co-parents can benefit from this workshop by learning how to attend to their teenager’s needs as opposed to depending on the teenager to take care of the parent’s needs.
