Other Population for Counseling: Adults, Couples
Primary Presenting Situation: Dealing with Childhood Trauma, Grief
My passion is providing mental health counseling to adolescents, teens, and young adults who have been impacted by childhood trauma. As a board-certified licensed professional counselor and expressive arts therapist, I want to meet you where you are, help you feel safe, and break down the barriers that keep you stuck after a traumatic event. I want to help you feel heard and validated while helping you transform your mind, body, and soul in an expressive way.
My trauma-informed care, multicultural competency, and clinical experience in community settings have been proven invaluable to my clients in the private practice setting. I deeply want to help break the stigmas of mental health and trauma amongst teens and young adults, especially those in BIPOC and marginalized groups. Furthermore, I have a passion for counseling anyone who may also struggle with making sense of their faith and spiritual wellness after experiencing a trauma.
Childhood trauma can be a scary thing to heal from, and I’ll be there to support your healing process without judgment or shame. I want to help you live a more fulfilling life!
